May we introduce ourselves? I am chef Johann Lerchner, recipe collector, ingredient juggler and rocker at heart. I gained experience in various top establishments at home and abroad before finally settling down on my home farm to realise my dream of having my own little restaurant here.

Together with my daughter Sandra – all-rounder, soul-satisfier and globetrotter at heart – and our indispensable team, I welcome you to our little oasis of calm. We love to spoil our guests with original dishes from South Tyrolean farmhouse cuisine and local, seasonal dishes. Our focus is on sustainability. We use local products, combine them in traditional recipes and pair them with the best wines from the South Tyrolean wine world.

We know: What tastes best is what is fresh and has not travelled a long way. That’s why we rely on …

Our own cattle breeding: Uncle Raimund, the cow whisperer, takes care of the breeding of our Simmental cattle, Tyrolean Iron Greys and Pustertal Sprinzen with a lot of passion and years of know-how.

Seasonal ingredients: We source our products from producers and farmers in the surrounding area in order to offer our guests the best possible quality of food with traceable origins.
