There are 246 establishments that have received the prestigious recognition in this 35th edition.

Slow food as a statement. However, the followers of the “Slow Food” movement are not (only) concerned with chewing every bite thoroughly. Rather, they see themselves as conscious epicures and responsible consumers who are also committed to sustainable food production.
